It took me so long to get around to taking the photos for this! At least it’s done now!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The fact that this package fits in my mailbox so I don’t even have to pick it up from the post office is fricken awesome. ESPECIALLY when it arrives the same day as a $233 fine from PTV for having your feet on a tram seat and saves you from having a meltdown! Nice work Bookishly!
Anyway.. let’s get critical!

THE STATIONERY ITEM: SHAKESPEARE CARDS
These cards are soo beautiful! I love this design! And I have to say, receiving this particular design alleviated a lot of fears about potentially getting too much stuff with the standard watercolour design on it. I did have a moment of panic after seeing so much of the watercolour design on products in the facebook group, not because I don’t like the watercolour design (I loooooove the watercolour design!) but just because I thought it would defeat the purpose of getting a sub box if I ended up with similar/identical products every month! Not that ANY of that matters because that fear was INSTANTLY alleviated anyway! These cards are stuuuuning!
Overall this item gets 5/5 Shakespearian flowers!
THE BOOKMARK: QUOTE
THIS bookmark is freaking adorable! Same design as the cards which was really sweet. I really like the colours of this art design so having a bookmark of it just makes my heart sing! A simple and well-known quote on it that of course is only too relatable as well!
All in all, a very happy 4/5 Shakespearian flowers from me!
THE BOOK: SAINT ERRANT
This book is… interesting sounding, to say the least. I honestly can’t say more about it until I read it because I’d literally never heard of it before and reading the blurb didn’t do much to inform me further! It sounds a little bit James Bond-esque to be honest, but American instead of British. And I’m not sure how I feel about James Bond as a modern day feminist! Like, I enjoy James Bond and find it entertaining, but I also don’t really agree with it on an intellectual/moral level. So I have a feeling this book will be the same for me.
2/5 Shakespearian flowers from me for now, with the hope of a higher rating upon reading!
THE TEA: DUCHESS EARL GREY
This tea smells amazing and is a unique twist on the earl grey and french earl grey teas. But it’s very hard to brew without it having a bitter aftertaste! I’ve managed to get it right once so far (out of three tries) and I’ve only got one teabag left now anyway! But without the bitter taste it is delicious. And it seriously smells amazing, I’m tempted to use the final teabag as a room-scent-maker because it smells phenomenal and feels perfect for Autumn / Easter!
3/5 Shakespearian flowers from me!
THE PICK OF THE MONTH
I thought for sure that the pick of the month would be the tea pretty much always and forever… but I gotta say that this month I am absolutely in love with these cards! They are such beautiful designs and they seem so versatile. I’m excited to use them!
Another beautiful box as usual! This box was the perfect pick-me-up after a not-so-good day, and the colours and artwork felt perfect for the start of Autumn too, so I couldn’t be happier!
